The Standard Kit comes with everything you need to start PAT Testing.
The PB500VX is a robust, hand-held Pass/Fail PAT Tester with readings. The standard kit is ideal for people doing PAT Testing for Charity shops, offices, schools, care homes and most working environments. Following a visual inspection, you perform the PAT Test using the PB500VX.
The PB500VX will tell you if the equipment you’re testing has passed or failed. You have a menu, which allows to drop the test voltage to 250V is you are testing surge protected equipment. You can also test equipment with long leads (>9 metres)
The Standard Kit comes with the required Leads (Earth Test Lead and IEC Lead) to test most types of equipment. Batteries, a screwdriver which allows to check for earth points, a carry case and a quick start guide. The Binder allows you to store your records easily, and two types of labels are provided to allow you to label using sticky or loop labels, which are ideal for cables.
