You’re welcome to hand the parcel in at the Post Office, but please note that the postage cost is still chargeable.
If you are delivering or sending the machine into us at your own expense, there is no need to book online or call us. Once we receive the machine and have completed calibration, we’ll be in touch. Just remember to include your contact information.

Any PAT Tests carried out using an uncalibrated PAT Tester will be considered void by insurance companies and the HSE. This could result in an insurer not paying out on an insurance claim.
Calibration ensures your PAT tester is in good working order and is providing accurate and reliable results when testing your electrical appliances.
It is considered good practice by the HSE and Insurance companies to calibrate your PAT tester machine. It doesn’t take long, and Parker Bell calibration services offer an inclusive service making it both cost and time effective.
Any accessories purchased at the time of calibration do not incur any additional delivery charges. So, it is worth checking if you need to stock up on any items as the point of booking your calibration.
We ensure the PAT Tester is working correctly, clean and then calibrate using our Seaward calibration Rig. PAT Testers are fully scrutinised and adjusted to ensure they are working in line with the manufacturer’s parameters.
The process takes no longer than 48 hours from the time we receive it. Machines are collected and dispatch using Royal Mail tracked services.
