Description
This durable plastic folder enables you to keep a register of each portable appliance you are testing. Each folder contains an Equipment Register, Portable Appliance Test Report, Faulty Equipment Record, Repair Record sheets and a set of 480 PASS & 20 FAIL Labels.
It is important to keep records of your PAT testing regime as these will be required to prove you have been carrying out a regular inspection of your appliances. We recommend that you keep these records in a safe place.
Your first binder is included as part of the PB500 Easy PAT Tester Kit.
